Privacy policy

We sell a system whose entire point is that data never leaves the client’s own server. So this page should be short and checkable.

What we do not do

This site uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no A/B testing script on it.

The fonts load from our own server, not from a font CDN. That removes one third party request on every page view, and it is exactly the kind of detail a municipal privacy officer looks at.

The procurement scan

The scan runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are scored locally and displayed locally. As long as you send nothing, no answer reaches us.

Only if you ask for a copy at the bottom of the report and enter your email address are your answers and result emailed to us. That is an explicit action by you, not something happening in the background.

Forms

Contact forms and the request for your scan report go through FormSubmit.co, an external service that forwards the message to our mailbox. FormSubmit processes what you enter: your name, your organisation, your email address and your message. We receive it by email at Zoho Mail on EU servers.

We use these details to answer your question. We do not sell them, we do not share them with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Hosting and logs

The site is static. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested pages. We do not use those logs for profiling.

The AI chat

If the chat button is visible in the bottom right, the messages you type into it are sent to OpenRouter, a service outside the EU, in order to be answered. So do not type confidential company data, supplier prices or personal data into it. If you want to discuss something confidential, use the contact form or email us directly.

Retention and your rights

We keep contact form messages for as long as the conversation runs and at most two years after that, so we can find an earlier exchange.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Send a request to info@dundir.com and we will carry it out. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
