Procurement scan
Ten questions about your current process. Your report appears on this page straight away. No email address needed to read it.
Why
Your number is not the average.
The average buyer in construction spends eleven hours a week on comparison work. That average says little about you. The scan uses your own figures and shows where the exposure sits in your process: in the time, in the documentation, in the knowledge tied to one person, or in the regulation coming your way.
The scan collects nothing about your suppliers, your prices or your commercial relationships. Everything is computed in your own browser. Nothing leaves it unless you ask for a copy afterwards.
What you get back
A report, not a scoreboard.
An exposure score
From 0 to 100, with the reason alongside it. No number without an explanation.
Your annual figure
Computed on your own buyer count and hours, not on the sector average.
The weak points named
At most four findings, each with the source we base it on.
Ten questions, about two minutes.
Want this in writing?
You have already seen the result. If you want a copy, and optionally a conversation about it, leave an address. We send the report and nothing else.
Four ways in
Where you come in depends on what you need.
Become a research partner
Construction SMEs join the research track with Windesheim. No cost, and a say in what gets built.
What it involves Way in 02Pilot as a design partner
The system is not finished. You decide what it gets calibrated on, and you own the result.
