Pilot as a design partner

The system is not finished. That is not fine print, that is the offer: you help decide what it gets calibrated on, and it runs inside your own network.

Why a design partner

A generic model does not know your jobsite.

The true operational strength of this platform is not an abstract algorithm. It is the real-world calibration: knowing which certifications are non-negotiable for you, which supplier delivers reliably despite a higher unit price, and which deviation from the specification is acceptable in practice. That knowledge exists in no general textbook; it resides in your procurement history and gate logs.

At this stage we are looking for a small group of design partners rather than mass-market buyers. Whoever joins now joins while the architecture can still be tailored directly to your operational workflows.

The 10-week protocol

Four phases and a first result within 7 days.

01

Week 1: Intake and closed tenders

You provide three to five closed tenders with the quotations received and your award criteria. Everything stays local inside your network and falls under an NDA.

02

Within 7 days: your own tenders, recalculated

Within seven working days you see your closed tenders back: quotations structured, compared on your criteria, with the full reasoning trail next to the choice you made at the time. No hardware and no ERP integration needed.

03

Weeks 3 to 8: Running alongside live tenders

Dundir calculates alongside your live tenders, next to your standard workflow. We calibrate together on what your buyers and estimators weigh most. Every difference between the advice and your choice is logged and discussed. The smart gate can be tested as an optional phase on one site once the prototype is ready for it.

04

Weeks 9 and 10: Evaluation and decision

Joint evaluation of time recovered, quality of the advice, and the logged differences. Then you decide on a licence with yearly maintenance.

Commercial terms

Licence plus yearly maintenance, no percentage of your construction volume.

Licence
One-time licence and implementation, per site and per module. You pay for the software and the installation, not for the success of your gross turnover.
Maintenance
Yearly maintenance as a fixed share of the licence. Updates, recalibration on new data, and support. Predictable, and independent of your turnover.
No volume tax
No percentage of construction volume. Common construction software prices on the annual construction volume run through the platform. Dundir prices per site and module, not on your turnover.

Commitments

What each side puts on the table.

You bring
Access to procurement records, gate workflows, and the estimators and superintendents doing the daily work, not only executive management. A few hours of feedback monthly. And the candor to flag any calculation or scan discrepancy.
We bring
Local deployment on your own infrastructure and the link to your procurement data. A strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any data moves, and a documented data boundary.
You decide
The system computes and records; human experts verify and sign. Legal responsibility for awards and building handover remains with your organization at all times.
What we cannot promise yet We do not yet hold massive commercial pilot datasets, so we do not guarantee an arbitrary percentage saving. Academic literature substantiates the problem and the on-premises model. It does not prove that our solver buys more cheaply than your best estimator. That is what the pilot proves.
