In force since Jan 2025. From Jan 2026: carbon footprint declarations for the first product tranche - precast concrete, steel. Broader indicators 2030. Full life-cycle reporting by 2032.

The tooling for this doesn’t yet exist in the Dutch market.

Note (2026-07-23): this slide states the CPR timeline precisely - phased, not a blanket 2026 mandate. A municipality audience is exactly the kind that will know the real timeline; overstating it here would cost credibility immediately.
