Procurement and contracting decisions are consistently named among the contributing factors in overrun research generally. You’re not immune to that pattern - but you have more data than anyone to fix it.

Note (2026-07-23): the KPMG 31% figure is real but dated (2015 survey) - say so if asked, and check the 2025/26 edition before this deck’s next use. Don’t overstate the causal link between procurement specifically and the 31% figure - it’s a contributing factor among several, not proven as sole cause.

Can you do it

• Sovereign IT deployment is not an add-on for us - it’s the product. We have never built a version that sends your data to a third-party cloud.
