What one project learns, the next should know.
Dundir is designing a supplier record and a bid comparison built from your own projects. Both are in development with design partners; nothing in this deck runs at a client yet.
The cost structure
Most of the budget is bought in.
Materials can be up to seventy percent of a project. A slightly wrong assumption at the order stage, repeated over a few projects a year, is margin.

The design Stage: design
A supplier record that stays.
Each finished order is meant to add a line: on time or not, to specification or not, which certificates, which deviations.
The next project starts from that record instead of from the same three numbers in a phone.
Procurement decisions Stage: research and design
Compared, not remembered.
A language model writes an answer. An optimisation engine works one out.
Hard requirements are fixed first: certification, delivery date, budget ceiling, CO₂ limit. Price and reliability are weighed inside them, by weights you set. Same input, same answer, and the reasons written down at award.

What we have not proven yet. That the solver buys better than an experienced buyer. The literature supports the problem and the local design; the rest has to come from pilot data, and we do not have it yet.
