From Tender Award to Jobsite Gate and Handover Dossier.

Four use cases from tender award to handover, designed around a deterministic solver, a smart gate and a contract memory. Seeking design partners. Stage: the solver in research and design, the smart gate as a lab prototype, the rest in design.

UC1: Bid Comparison & Best-Value Solver

Research and design. Bids compared by computation, not generation: the same bids give the same result every run, with the reasons for the award written down.

UC2: Supplier Evaluation & Knowledge Retention

Design. A supplier record built from your own orders and certificates, so what your buyers know stays when they leave.

UC3: Procurement Package & Specification Structuring

Design. A written specification turned into hard requirements and weights, checked by a buyer before anything is compared.

UC4: Smart Gate & Jobsite Inspection / Wkb

Lab prototype. Order, delivery ticket and invoice checked against each other at the gate, and the Wkb dossier built as deliveries arrive.

Where the research points

Hamppi tested a generative AI tool on real bids at Skanska and found its numbers changed between sessions. At TU Delft, Rockx describes how supplier knowledge leaves large Dutch projects with their staff, and Van Duuren how generative AI adds checking work to infrastructure tenders. The literature supports the problem and the local design; whether Dundir's solver buys better than an experienced buyer is what the pilot has to show.
